Most investors first learn how to evaluate a private real estate opportunity at the point of transaction — reading an offering memorandum for the first time under a decision deadline, rather than building that judgment beforehand.
KNVESTOR is the investor-development platform within the United Partners ecosystem. Its content and curriculum are designed to help investors evaluate opportunities on their own merits and are not intended to promote any specific United Partners transaction.
We believe investors should understand an opportunity before they participate in it — not after.
The curriculum is informed by operators who have actually sourced, financed, and closed real deals, not by theoretical coursework alone.

Dwayne's underwriting perspective comes from acquisitions work at Carthage Real Estate Advisors (2012–2019), focused on workforce and affordable housing across the Tri-State area, where he grew the pipeline from roughly $7M in 2012 to over $375M by 2017. He has worked on approximately 800 units across 8 multifamily projects in New York City, Buffalo, Newark, and East Orange, sourced and structured about $20M in financing, and completed 180+ residential transactions with a focus on distressed assets. He previously served as principal of Jeffrey Venture Management Corp.
Nyron Chin-Sang
Co-Founder and Principal
Nyron's investor-relations and network perspective comes from serving as President of Gold Key Group and leading over $30M in transactions across multifamily, land, and retail in the US, Jamaica, and Ghana, with investments across New York, New Jersey, North Carolina, and Florida. His portfolio has been valued at over $10M, with more than $40M bought or sold since 2007, including the acquisition, assemblage, entitlement, and disposition of a 440,000 sq ft, 631-unit Downtown Brooklyn site sold to AvalonBay Communities, and a 26,000 sq ft, 29-unit Clinton Hill assemblage sold to a luxury condo developer. He is a member of the Miami MLS, Long Island REIA, Greater Westchester REIA, New York State REIA, and the REAP 2012 alumni network.
